Do you only sell properties, or do you manage them as well?

We do both.
Luminous Properties helps clients purchase investment properties, and Luminous Vacations manages them end-to-end after closing. This includes listing optimization, pricing, guest experience, and revenue management—creating a seamless, hands-off investment.

Do your properties allow short-term rentals?

Yes. We only promote properties that are short-term rental friendly or have clear STR pathways. This includes developments with rental permissions, condo bylaws that allow STRs, and markets where short-term rentals are legally viable.

What happens after I purchase a property?

Once you close, we can:
-Set up and optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and direct bookingStage and prepare the unit for guests
